DRONNA SELECTION APPLICATION

1. COMPANY a. Current status: If available, please provide details such as type of legal entity, city of registration, registered address, equity capital (authorized / paid-up), investors/ shareholders/ directors, MoA / AoA etc Dronna is yet to be incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd. Vikas (Founder/CEO) has used his own savings (approx. 4.25 lakhs INR) to keep dronna operational for last 8 months. We have made sure that priority is given to expenses that contributes in making dronna move forward. We purposely delayed the incorporation till the right time. Incorporation brings in cost and paper work, which is important but not as important as building the MVP and get some early customer validation first. We feel as we are steeping into private beta, now would be the best time to get the legal work done.

b. Any additional information: financial statements, organization structure, staffing, patents/IP details, any legal issues etc When dronna gets legally incorporated, the following org structure would hold true: Vikas Singh is CEO/Founder Abhigyan Raghav is employee number one and also serves as the second Director as per indian incorporation (Pvt Ltd) legal requirements 2. BUSINESS a. Where are you in your business life cycle (product, customer validation, revenues etc) Dronna has already taken initial feedback/validation during prototype stage released last year. Currently Dronna is in private beta and gaining early traction to understand user behavior and requirement in a controlled environment b. What milestones have you achieved so far, what is your plan for next 3-6-9-12 months?

3-6 months : World class designed product with public beta release. Focus on iteration and early adopter validation.

9-12 month : Grow Big Fast. Work on Barrier to entry strategies. Think global expansion, even product localization if we can manage. c. What are your strategies to ensure competitiveness and differentiation? Our focus and emphasis on privacy, understanding human behavioral psychology and implementing it to disrupt flat social graphs ensures our competitiveness and differentiator. When all other players are focusing on more social/information, we are trying to generate high value and quality out of less but more relevant data. Our concept of few trusted people, diligence of influence and how people behave in real life for important decisions help us build a product thats well thought of and designed to specifically solve the problem of information overload, irrelevancy and unreliable information d. What are your target market segments? How do you plan to acquire customers / generate revenues? Since dronna is a utility all about trust, relevancy and decision making, our early adopters are users who have high spending power, have decision making independence and also have responsibility to make bigger and better decisions. Our initial focus is a target audience of the age group 22 40 Business Model: 1. Premium Accounts for Businesses (B2B) - Detailed analytic report for businesses - Special access to influential consumers / brand endorsers 2. Targeted Advertising (B2B) - What brands, products and businesses people are searching and talking about

3. TEAM a. What is the current status of founders (working full time vs. part time, org chart / roles & responsibilities)? How and when will all the founders engage full time with the startup? Vikas has been working on dronna full-time since July 2012 Abhigyan joined dronna full time in Jan 2013

b. How are the founders currently sustaining financially? How long can you go without receiving funding? Vikas has kept dronna operation with his own personal savings. Around Rs. 4.25 lakhs has been invested for last 8 months for a tightly bootstrapped product operations and personal livelihood. Funding or no funding, we are determined to keep dronna running and prove that this could be disruptive. Vikas can take personal loans for the same. Abhigyan has also been using his personal savings to sustain his bootstrapped living to work full time on dronna without expecting any salary, for last two months. c. Please provide details about employees / interns Abhigyan will be offered the employee number one position. He will also be serving as the second director. Vikas and Abhigyan form the core team. We also had a design intern(Navarjun Singh) for 2 weeks during Dec-Jan who helped dronna with some awesome design work. Vikass leadership and contagious vision to achieve something big attracted this talent young guy from Thappar University(Punjab) to work for dronna without any stipend. Navarjun is excited to join dronna full time once he is done with his college. Vikas has built and led some very strong teams in his past as part of his tenure with McAfee Inc. His teams are always driven by passion and relentless, never give up attitude to believe in the leaders vision d. What are the gaps in your current team (founders, interns, employees). How / when you propose to fill these gaps? With a little mentorship and support from someone like Kyron, Vikas and Abhigyan together can take care of almost everything (technology/business/leadership/marketing) that might be required in the initial few months. We would like to have a full time designer or some kind of aid in that direction because we lay heavy emphasis to product design, usability and user interaction. Till the time we get enough financial aid to hire one, Vikas is the guy who can take care of design work. Vikas networking and public relations skills helps him keep a tab on some good talent(design + technology) that he come across during his interactions with the startup/technology/design world. For us the right people in our team is what would make us go that extra mile.

4. GENERAL a. If you are selected by Kyron, who will attend the 16 week accelerator program from the founding team at Bangalore? Vikas and Abhigyan will be attending the 16 week accelerator program b. How do you plan to utilize Kyrons initial investment of $10,000? We believe that investor is also a team member and considering it as their money is a bad notion. We are a team and every investment is our team/company money and it should be spent very wisely and efficiently. Vikas(CEO/Founder) and Abhigyan(Director) will be taking minimum salary that is just sufficient to survive with a bootstrapped living in Bangalore city during this acceleration program and also going forward. Abhigyan would draw Rs.25K ($460) per month and Vikas Rs.35K($650) per month so that would be around Rs. 60K * 4 = Rs. 2.4 Lakhs for 4 months. Rest everything will be about important expenses involving product development, operations, marketing, design, hardware, AWS monthly expenditure etc. We feel $10,000 is good enough for most of the products to get an MVP out and validate some initial traction. Atleast for Dronna it is. Specially when we are already ready with a private beta. Our attitude about surviving the toughest conditions make us even more confident that we have what it takes to make an ambitious vision like dronna come true.

c. We have received large no of applications for our first cohort and are considering admitting a couple of additional startups for the program. Would you be interested in joining the program without investment from Kyron (of course, we will not take any equity in your company and you will get all the program benefits including help in downstream funding?

To achieve what we believe in and keep our servers running Vikas can take more loan from the bank if need be but a financial aid from an accelerator like Kyron would help us greatly to focus on growth and traction independent of the financial pressure.
