DRAFT KU for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

December 30, 2012

In addition to its organization and management of the Kyron Base Camp, KU will also offer an online training program to aspiring entrepreneurs who want to enter the Kyron system but have not yet been accepted to base camp. This will be designated Kyron University for Aspiring Entrepreneurs (KUAE). The online KUAE curriculum will be a fee-based (subscription) service offered to anyone who wants to enter the Kyron pipeline. The online curriculum will be developed and managed by KU, and it will be regularly updated to reflect the ever-changing, global entrepreneurial landscape. It will be based on the concept of the entrepreneurial method and will, ultimately, aspire to create a new wave of entrepreneurs to enter future KUBC offerings. It is expected that Kyron will be able to launch KUAE by Q2 or Q3 in 2013. KUAE will be a profit center for Kyron, although it will strive to keep subscription prices extremely low so as to maximize throughput volume. KUAE will also develop an internal analytics engine so that potential stars can be identified and encouraged directly to continue their progress through the Kyron pipeline. This will provide Kyron partners an early look at some aspiring entrepreneurs. Potentially, additional interventions with these emerging stars could be developed to ensure they enter the Kyron Boot Camp application process.
