Early Humans Inquiry Digital Organizer

Inquiry- What is your question? Did Homo Erectus and Homo Habilis live at the same time? If so, for how long?

Prediction- What do you think you will find? I think that Homo Erectus and Homo Habilis lived at the same time for only a few thousand years.

Investigation- What did you uncover? In my investigation, it turns out that Homo Habilis and Homo Erectus DID in fact overlap in terms of when they lived. Homo Habilis inhabited the earth from 2.4 to 1.5 million years ago, while Homo Erectus had lived from 1.8 million years ago to 300,000 years ago. That means that there was an overlap between the two species of when they lived. This was discovered because Homo Habilis bones, fossils, and artifacts have been found and researched and it was confirmed that they lived between the years that they have been confimed that they lived between these years.
