    Many employees are less satisfied with their jobs in larger companies because the working environment may be less personal and the relationship manager-employee is poor. What is top on the list with employees? a nice working environment interesting tasks to do being motivated and getting positive feedback a good relationship between boss and employee interpersonal relations (e.g. nice colleagues) health and security at the workplace a good salary the possibility for promotion lifetime employment

    Most employees will feel happier with their job when they are not discriminated against at the workplace they are treated fair there is no bullying at work they can trust their colleagues there is not too much competition at the workplace they have some freedom at work they are not stressed out with work they are rewarded for special performance they get a promotion
