Client KPIs – Joint responsibility Delegate and Line Manager

Delegate KPIs
1. Fix personal goals and project focus prior to first seminar
2. Attendance against schedule at seminars and coaching encounters
3. Transfer of learning to the workplace, for example:
a. Reports reviewed with line manager prior to reporting
b. Preparedness and quality of delivery
c. Tracking and recording personal business results
4. Posting and distributing business results to various capture processes, for example:
a. PROSPECT system
b. Seminar group
c. Online tracking tool – if available
d. Work project group etc.

Line manager KPIs – Delegate assessment and joint responsibility


1. Familiarise with course content and line manager
2. Attendance at staff review meetings, on time against schedule
3. Review each project work prior to report
4. Meetings with HR on time on schedule
5. Tracking and reporting progress and accumulated departmental business results

Client Programme Sponsor KPIs aligned with stated aims of the overall programme, for example:
1. Business deadlines met & speed in decision-making and taking
2. Responsiveness to new business requirements, action orientation
3. Positive and active approach
4. Improved delegation and involvement

3. Reporting to Client, delegate and AMMP provider on time against schedule
