became alarmed, and they called to Mahawai and he came to them. They implored him
and sent him to Enoch, the celebrated scribe and they said to him: Go…and death for

My View of the Subject:

(It starts by speaking of the 200 of each species that was mated with by the Watchers.
(Yes, "he-goats," we had some randy angels, hmmm?), sounds like they had a hell of a
party with all that wine! The second fragment is just what it says, they knew great
mysteries about the earth and sciences. All of it, in fact.

Besides the interesting beginning, which I feel deals with the story of the Grigori
(Children of the Watchers), there are 2 classes of children identified, one called "Giants"
and the other called "Monsters." It also speaks of the mighty Grigori bowed down
weeping in fear in front of the celebrated scribe of the time, Enoch. Enoch had the task
of informing the Children of the Watchers (identified as Giants in this instance) that they
are doomed by God to be destroyed, while their father's watch, helplessly by.
Sentenced by God, the Giants and the Monsters are to be divided against each other
and all are to slay and devour each other.

Azazel was chosen by God to be the Scapegoat for this 'misadventure' of the Watcher
angels interacting with humans so 'freely.' It also condemns the women who freely
became sorceresses and witches, and were taught magic and heavenly secrets by their
angelic husbands. Raphael will be sent to carry out part of the condemnation acts.

At the end of the Book, the mighty nature of God is spoken of and all the acts of
creation sing his glory. Enoch is once again the bearer of bad news to the Grigori,
informing them they will never find peace. (As if that were not trouble enough, being by
their very nature, half-spiritual and half-organic; means they will always hunger
physically and thirst spiritually and can never have that hunger or thirst satisfied).

Shemihazah's Children, 'Ohyah and Hahyah had a dream. Baraq'el's child, Mahawai
also dreams.

Desolation, the Great Desert is also spoken of in this Book of Giants.

The Dreams of the Giants

The 1st Dream is had by Mahawai and in it a Tablet is immersed in water, all but 3
names washed away.

The 2nd Dream is a tree uprooted, all but 3 roots are torn up. Gilgamesh states that it
affected only the earthly rulers, not the giants. 'Ohyah said first it was about Azazel. The
dreamers speak first to the Monsters, then the other Giants.
The 3rd Dream is about Gardeners in a garden taking care of 200 large trees, reaching
unto the Heaven's. Large shoots came out of their roots, they used up all the water and
were then destroyed along with the rest of the Garden in a fire.

The 4th Dream is about The Ruler of Heaven coming down to Earth,…"all grew afraid"
speaking of the Nephilim and the Giants. They, as a group sent Mahawai to Enoch,
trying to find out how long the Giants have to live.

Dream Interpretations

The 1st Dream is about how only Noah and his 3 sons will survive a future Deluge (the
flood was predicted by over one hundred years and no one believed it then!). After a
large group of Nephilim, Grigori and Watchers meet to decide what to do about the
Dreams. It is decided to send Baraq'el's son Mahawai to the great scribe Enoch in the
hope of interpreting the dreams. Greeting Enoch from a distance while flying, Mahawai
begs Enoch to be his Oracle for a second time. Enoch interprets the dream for
Mahawai, the Nephilim, Watchers and Grigori.

The 2nd Dream is also interpreted as the survival of the man Noah and his 3 sons as
the sole survivor of a Deluge. The Monsters and Giants are afraid.

Later comes the story of how the Grigori and the Nephilim defile the Earth and those
who live on it. The Giants, ever-hungry and in search of food, destroy living creatures
and eat them at will. Whether they are human, animals, or other Grigori. 'Ohyah gets
depressed over his dream as he restates it to his Oracle, Enoch.

The Book ends with an unfinished dream of Mahawai's.

The Players in the Book:

The Nephilim aka The Grigori: 2 Classes are mentioned. The Monsters and The
Giants. The Giants seem to be more "human" in nature, finding it easier to interact with
the world at large. While intelligent, the Monsters are hardly mentioned.

However, some of the Nephilim could be some of the "Angels of the First Fall" namely
Satan and his 1/3 of Heaven. They were already on the Earth at the time of the
Watcher's Descent to Mount Hermon. They do not actively set out to join the Watchers,
but since their goals are similar (that of the Pollution of the Lines of Adam, hence there
would be no Saviour possible) they assist each other.

The Watchers: A class of Angels, that do as their names imply. They (200 Watchers)
descended upon Mount Hermon and found their way to the Daughters of Man, marrying
them and breeding with them as they chose. The women (and animals) bear children to
the Watchers, while many of the Daughters learn the secrets of Heaven from their
Angelic husbands. They teach mankind the secrets of Heaven and Earth and many
magical abilities.
Shemihazah - Angel - A Watcher who fathers at least 2 Giants, Hahyah and 'Ohyah.

Enoch - Human - a celebrated righteous man and noted scribe. He is used as a

translator of the Dreams of the Grigori for the Grigori, Nephilim & Watchers.

Raphael - Angel - is an "Avenging Angel" in this instance for God. Assigned to actively
participate in the Final Clean-up of the Grigori and Watchers.

Hahyah & 'Ohyah - Grigori - Nephilim - 2 Giants, children of the Watcher Shemihazah.

Mahawai - Grigori - Nephilim - a child of the Watcher, Baraq'el.

Baraq'el - Angel - A Watcher who fathers at least 1 Giant, Mahawai.

Please note: I am using information and notes that I have taken from The Books of
Adam & Eve, The Book of Noah, The Call of the Watchers and The Book of Enoch, also
The Book of Jubilee's and other Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha texts. With these notes
it is easier to discern the true nature of the Grigori, Watchers, Nephilim and other
players of the World at this time. For more information please visit the Dead Sea Scroll
exhibit on the Internet. They have a wonderful site dedicated to the information
obtained from these ancient texts.
