    Servuction System Model

    The production process of services has been called the servuction process. It refers to the simultaneous production and consumption of services. The customer is present when the service is produced. The customer plays a role in the servuction and the delivery process. Customers interact with one another during the servuction process and may be affected (positively or negatively) by this interaction. FK-2436- Vishnu Vijayan In the case of motor bike retailing, simultaneous production and consumption of service will happen in the documentation of bikes . The documents regarding ownership of bikes are prepared (production) and is agreed and signed (consumption) by consumers at the same time. In this process customer also plays a role. Also when customer takes a test drive, servuction system is taking place. When bikes are test drived, customer along with employees plays crucial role in service delivery and survuction system.
