First Federal Bank Employees: Our new banking system has had technical issues in regards to the 2 P.M.

reconciliation procedures, and the IT team has performed an update to resolve these issues. This update to the system was performed by IT and it should clear up any future issues with the system. This caused the system to post the deposit before consolidating/merging it, and there was nothing to post which caused the checks to bounce. The IT team's update will now show the consolidate/merge prompt screen before you post any deposit so that the order of operations will be correct. As an employee, this update will make your job much easier. Just for a refresher course, the order of operations to reconcile a deposit is 1. Close 2. Register 3. Consolidate/merge 4. Post Thank you for your patience as we transition to the new system. This update to the new system and enlarged icon should prevent any future situations. We hope you're as excited as we are about finally getting the new system underway!
