Instruction Writing Going a step further we will be writing our own instructions for more complex operations and using what we have learned about writing throughout the year to make these perfect. 7.7 Equivalent Fractions We will me making fractions that represent the same value 7.8 Fractions and Decimals We will be renaming some fractions as their decimal value 7.9 Comparing Fractions We will be looking at fractions and placing them in the correct order according to their value We will be having a quiz on division facts on Thursday of this week. Make sure you are practices these basic facts this week.

Lines of inquiry: The structure and function of groups and institutions (form) The purpose of authority figures (function) The interconnectedness of systems within a society (connection) We will be continuing our exploration of Authority and its place in our society. Continue to discuss with your child how authority works in different places of business around the city. You could also discuss how certain rules of the city are developed and why they are important.
