ABSTRACT

The present research has as main purpose to implement an automated system that optimizes the management of administrative processes of area residents in housing management system. This software allow to control each of the administrative processes that take place there, which involve: building management, departments, residents, employees, visitor registration, audio and video call service between residents and visitors and reports for decision making, with this system will automate business processes and provided a platform for information needed for decision-making by providing accurate and appropriate information that helps minimize risks and create more efficient processes based on the needs of the service provided. This work followed a kind of interactive research with integrative level, which allows you to create a solution, based on the use of methods and tools to modify supported theoretically a situation, the data analysis technique used was content analysis. On the other hand, the best strategies and tools currently used for software development methodology were used RUP and UML modeling. For the creation of server-side were used Java EE with Glassfish server and for presentation was integrated technologies such as JavaServer Faces, Primefaces, AJAX and HTML5, under an object oriented programming language.
