ABSTRAK

Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit degeneratif yang menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat dan sering muncul tanpa gejala. Hipertensi disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya merokok, aktifitas fisik, pola makan dan stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil penderita hipertensi. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dari tanggal 5-28 Maret di poli pria dan wanita pada Puskesmas Kecamatan Kuta Alam Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian dekskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan metode wawancara terpimpin. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan perbandingan penderita hipertensi pada usia 18-40 adalah 10%, 41-60 tahun 50%, >60 tahun 40%, berdasarkan jenis kelamin, pada perempuan 56,7% dan laki-laki 43,3%, berdasarkan riwayat keluarga 60% memiliki riwayat hipertensi dan 40% tidak memiliki riwayat hipertensi, berdasarkan status gizi 60% mengalami obesitas dan 40% tidak mengalami obesitas, berdasarkan riwayat merokok, 63,3% perokok dan 36,7% yang bukan perokok, berdasarkan aktifitas fisik, 56,7% berolahraga dan 43,3% tidak berolahraga, berdasarkan pola makan, 56,7% dengan pola makan buruk dan 43,3% dengan pola makan baik, berdasarkan riwayat stres, 70% mengalami stres dan 30% tidak mengalami stres Kata kunci : hipertensi, umur, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, merokok, aktifitas fisik, pola makan, stres

ABSTRACT

Hypertension is one of the degenerative diseases of public health issues and often appears without any symptoms. Hypertension caused by many factors, including smoking, physical activity, diet and stress. The aims of this study were to determine the profile of hypertensive patients. Data was taken from March 5th to 28th in male and females poly at Kuta Alam Health Center in Banda Aceh. This study used descriptive design with cross sectional approach. The number of respondents was taken as many as 30 people. This study used a questionnaire with guided interview method. Ratio obtained in this study of hypertensive patients obtained at age 18-40 years were 10%, 41-60 years were 50%, and > 60 years were 40%, by sex, women were 56.7% and male were 43.3%, based on family history, 60% had a history of hypertension and 40% had no history of hypertension, based on nutritional status 60% were obese and 40% were not obese, based on a history of smoking, 63.3% were smokers and 36.7% were nonsmokers, based on physical activity, 56.7% did work out and 43.3% did not work out, based on diet, 56.7% with poor diet and 43.3% with a good diet, based on a history of stress, 70% were stress and 30% did not experience stress.
