DuringRobert'sstudentteachingexperience,hewashighlymotivatedtolearnasmuchashecouldandperformtohisbest abilities.Hefrequentlyputinlonghourstodeveloplessonplansandmonitorstudentprogress.Heaskedforfeedbackona dailybasisandacceptedconstructivecriticismwithmaturity.Hisgrowthinallareaswasapparentfromthefirstweektothe finalweek. Roberthasseveralstrengthsbuthismainstrength,frommyobservations,ishissincerewillingnessandenergythathe demonstrateswhenteachinglessonsandworkingwithstudents.Healwaysseemedsincerelyinterestedintheirprogress andpresentednewmaterialinawaythatcapturedtheirattention.Forexample,RobertcreatedaRivalsprojectforthe AncientGreeceunit.Inthisproject,studentsweretochooseafamousrivalrytocompareandcontrastwithAthensand Spartausingpowerpointslidestopresenttheirassessments.Thestudentsreallydivedintotheproject.Robertconsistently displayedthistypeofcreativityinplanninglessonsandmotivatingstudents. Robertlearnedquicklythatthebestwaytomanageaclassroomistokeepstudentsontaskwithlessonsandprojectsthat werebothinterestingandchallenging.Healsodidagoodjobofrecognizingwhenastudentneededspecialassistanceor attention. Insummary,Robdisplayedthequalitiesthatmakeateachersuccessful.Heisdependable,motivated,andisintunewith theneedsofhisstudents.Heworkswellwithcolleaguesandadministrationandisabletolearnfromthosearoundhim.I highlyrecommendhimforateachingposition.Pleasefeelfreetocontactmeifyouneedanyfurtherinformation.
