PHASE 3: SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT


Administrators are hands-on. PD is focused, deliberate, and collaborative Lesson review and PLCS will be used.

PHASE 4: DATA EMBEDDED IN EVERYTHING


A rigorous cycle is created Launch dates are set. Course corrections are made.
