I could also involve the use of resources which are not available or are a burden on the organisation. Communication issues can be a risk. There could also be risks associated with time available.

` Activity 4.2 How can these differences be of benefit to you, your organisation and your clients? The fact that people have diverse ideas and values means that by associating with them, listening to them and cooperating with them, you are able to access new and different ideas that can contribute to your own development. They can also contribute to the goals and development of the organisation. The quality of the service that you are able to provide to your clients also increases and becomes more diverse.
