ACTA DE CONFORMACIN DE CONSORCIO

El representante del Consorcio es CARLOS ANDRES PANTOJA AGREDA, como REPRESENTANTE LEGAL del CONSORCIO C.C.I. INGENIERIA , identificado con C.C. No. 5.204.474 de Pasto, quien est expresamente facultado para firmar, presentar la propuesta y, en caso de salir favorecidos con la adjudicacin, firmar el contrato y tomar todas las determinaciones que fueren necesarias respecto a la ejecucin y liquidacin del contrato con amplias y suficientes facultades.
