    Dear Ma'm As you are aware that I am resigning my post with Emergys Software Private Limited with effect

    from 12th April 2010, I would like to encash my annual leave accumulated over the period of my stay. In this regard I would like to request that the monetary component of the annual encashed leave available to my credit shall be paid along with the full and final settlement which could be due for me as per your calculations.
