ABSTRACT

The project entitled ORGANIZATION CULTURE is done at ITP Consulting Services to know the satisfaction level of the employees with existing culture. The report begins with an introduction about the Organization culture. The human resources are the most important assets of the organization. The success or failure of an organization is largely on the caliber of the people working there in. Without positive and creative contributions from people organization cannot progress and prosper. In order to achieve the goals or objectives of an organization, they need to satisfy the employees with the methods and benefits. Methodology used to collect the data is both primary data (Questionnaires and interviews) and secondary data (books, journals, previous records and websites).The company follows standard policy of stress management process, which is adequate enough and fair. The present policies are very flexible and as it suit the requirements of the employees as well as the organizations. The report further elaborates about Organization culture followed by ITP Consulting Services. The aim of this study is to find the relationship among the employees and management, which is followed by ITP Consulting Services to enhance the performance of their employees. The perfect process of ORGANIZATION CULTURE leads to individual and organizational development.
