Residuals look normally distributed and having a constant variance so assumptions are met.

At a =0.05 the effect of ingredients is significant with a pvalue of 0.000487 from the anova table above. This deserved further analysis on each of the ingredients to search which one if different from each other. Ingredient c seems to have the higher effect on reaction time while ingredient e the lowest effect.

Based on Tukey test, Ingredient a is significantly different from d and e. Ingredient c is significantly different from d and e. 4.23

Assumption of constant variance and normality for resuduals are met based on the above plots.

Based on the anova table (p-values) above the operator and assembly method factors have a significance effect on the assembly of time of the TVs. So since there is significance difference between assembly methods it is worthwhile to find out what those differences are. Tukey method allow us to do this. It looks like assembly method a produces the shortest time while d the longest one and the tukey test allow us to see that there is a significant difference between these two (p-value= 0.003). In the same way there is a significant difference between assembly method b and c.

Analysis of the data for operators shows that operator a is the fastest while operator 2 is the slowest one and that there significant difference in the pace of work between operator 1 and 2 and operator 2 and 4.
