The David Douglas School District is located in East Portland A rate of 78.3% Free and Reduced Lunch, a 23.4% increase since 2002 A growth in enrollment of 20.8% from 2002-2010, at 10,658 students District wide A dropout rate of 3.1 740 Seniors Graduated out of 859 in the District 67 Languages spoken in the District
