the capitellum resulting in AVN. and possible entrapment in jnt.

Osteochondritis dissecans Large olecranon bursa

Ulnar nerve Rupture lower end of biceps;

Dyaesthesia surgically re –attach with bony anchor
Markedly displaced Closed reduction and held with 2 k-wires.
