Pani puri is also known as golgappa in North indian, Pani Ke Bataashe, puri is fried crisp and filled with a mixture of water, tamarind, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas.

For puri Rava 1 cup Maida cup Rice flour 2 tsp Baking soda tsp Salt to taste Oil to deep fry
For pani; Pani Puri Masala Chaat water recipe
Coriander bunch Green chilli 2
Lemon 1 Jaggery little Salt to taste Dates 4
For stuffing; Pani Puri Chat Masala recipe
Cooked potato 2 Chilli powder 1 tsp Jeera powder tsp Salt to taste Channa 1 tsp
Preparation of Recipe of Pani Puri masala
1. Make adough of maida, salt, rice flour, rava and baking powder and cover it with a wet cloth for 15 mins 2. Divide them as small balls and roll as pooris and deep fry in oil and keep aside 3. Clean pudhina, coriander and chilli 4. Grind pudhina, coriander, chilli, lemon juice, jaggery, dates and salt to a fine paste and dilute it with water 5. Smash the cooked potatoes, add channa to it, required salt, chilli powder, jeera powder and mix well 6. Break the puris at the top keep a little of the mixture inside and dip in water and eat
