PPM-3 customer training (Operator)

Task: 1. Use the display to: Read out the SW version. 2. Set nominal power at 350 kW on all DGs. 3. Check Over Current Protection Setpoint of DG1. 4. Check Over Power Protection Setpoint and Fail Class of DG1. 5. Test the different operating modes (DG-, SG-, SC-supply and split). 6. Test the different plant modes. (Auto, semi auto and SWBD) What is the difference? 7. Change frequency and voltage when running in switchboard mode. 8. Test the Black Out sequence. With and without auto close selected on SG and BTB. 9. What is the function of the DG SG/SC selection on the BTB? Test the function. 10. Disable Over current Level 2 on one unit. 11. Test the heavy consumer function on DG1. 12. Whenever undervoltage is present, the generator breaker should trip. 13. Use service menu (9120) to find active I/Os. 14. Use dimmer function (9150) to adjust the light in the display and test the AOP-2 dimmer function. 15. In case of short-circuit, the breaker is tripped. Adjust the system so its possible for the breaker to try and close one more time.
