COMMENTS ON QUEILA AND RAQUEL'S PRESENTATION COOKING

In general, they have done a good exposition. The topic was entertaining and its an interesting topic for people who are lovers of cooking. Maybe the presentation would have been more dynamic if they would have put videos about the cuts... This would have attracted our attention much more. According to the speaking in general terms they spoke well with respect to Queila, she have a good level in speaking but maybe for this reason she spoke so fast in some occasions about difficult concepts to understand. Raquel was slower in this sense but sometimes it seemed she had learnt the subject by heart. Furthermore, sometimes Raquel didnt pronounce the "s" of the third person singular and sometimes she spoke too low at the end of the sentence. Queila moved her hands when she was speaking and this is good because it helps you to express what you want to say. On the other hand, they looked at the teacher a lot and this could distract our attention. Queila and Raquel prepared this presentation about How to make a Vegetable Risotto. They started commenting on the origins of the risotto, which is Italian. Then they talked about the cooking process, naming the ingredients and the recipe. The different cuts, ways of cooking and tricks were also mentioned and explained, even some that werent required for the risotto, with drawings and photocopies. Raquel also explained how to make a Spanish omelet, although the recipe she gave was wrong. Queila quickly taught us how to make Cabello de ngel, and then about desserts in general.
