THIS MATTER comes before the Motion to Compel Discovery Regarding Debtor's
Defenses to the Motions to Appoint Chapter 11 Trustee and Request for Expedited Consideration
(the "Motion") filed by Mountain Adventure Property Investments, LLC ("Debtor"), tbrought its
counsel, Jessop & Company, P.C. The Court, being advised in the premises and no objections
having been sustained, hereby

ORDERS that FSB Development Capital, LLC, and Altus Ventures, LLC, shall fully and
completely respond to Debtor's First Requests for Production to FSB Development Capital, LLC
and Altus Ventures, LLC, prior to~, 2008.
