Scope :
To prepare FFED for gas pressure reduction system.

ACTION PLAN :
1) System familiarization: Study of the existing system will be done and will be discussed with client so that both the parties are on same frequency. 2) Data transfer: Any leftover data which is essential for in depth study will be taken from client. 3) Base case preparation: Based on suggested operating parameter given by the client base case will be prepared

Line Sizing & Hydraulic Report 10. Hazardous Area Classification Drawings 11. Design Review & Design Review Closeout Report 12. Insulation Specification 13. Material Selection Report 14. Relief Valve Sizing and Dossier 15. HAZID Review & HAZID Report Note above report will include

a) Hazard Identification: Based on recommended industrial practises like API 520,521 and 526 or client given practises hazard scenarios will be identified. b) Worst case will be identified and system safety adequacy checks for same will done and relevant recommendation will be provided. c) Control and safety interlock philosophy.

1) Document for base case. 2) FEED package consisting of above listed items. 2) Document for safety adequacy check of system for operating condition. 3) Document for applicable and not applicable hazard scenarios. 4) Document for worst case scenarios and safety adequacy check of system.
