    In light of the Courts Order Re: Defendants Motion for Judgments of Acquittal (docket no. 191), the Court finds that it is appropriate to have the parties revise and refile all sentencing-related documents. The Court therefore STRIKES all previously-filed documents related to sentencing, e.g., docket nos. 165, 166, and 175-179. Probation has indicated that it submit its Revised Presented Report and Recommendation Letter by the end of June 2013.
