    codes are used for opening next month (normally done just before start of next month in the night): MMPV OB52 OKP1 MMPV: to open MM period run four times as follows:

    OMSY/MMRV to check the status of the period open OB52: to open financial period

    These columns should be changed to 01 and 2011 for opening April, 2011 period:

    OKP1: to open period for Costing

    Press Actual button. In following screen, select column 01 and click Unlock Period.
