2. PRINCIPLES AND MISSIONS 2.1. Doan Thi Diem school recognizes the rights of every child to receive an education adequate for the childs physical, mental, spiritual and emotional needs 2.2. School activities relating to child care and protection are guided by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Children. They include: treating all children with respect and dignity. listening to children educational and emotional needs. providing a non-discriminatory environment for best interests of the children 2.3. The Vietnamese Governments Education Law, the regulations and guidance of the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training and Hanoi Education and Training Department are the legal documents that the school follows in developing school strategies. These are training programs, curriculum and methods. 3. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES 3.1. Safe environment for learning . 3.2. Provide social and emotional needs for students 3.3. Provide knowledge, skills and attitude for students success. 3.4. Provide educational foundation to succeed on the next level of education. 3.5. Provide children with daily nutritional needs during school hours. 3.6. Parental involvement is encouraged and appreciated for the school success 4. CURRICULUM AND ACTIVITIES 4.1. Grade 1, 2, 3- Math, Vietnamese, Ethics, Science, Arts (Music, Drawing, Crafts) and Physical Education. 4.2. Grade 4, 5- Math, Vietnamese, Ethics, Science, History, Geography, Technology, Arts (Music, Drawing, Crafts) and Physical Education. 4.3. Optional subjects- English, French and Computer Science.

5.1. Doan Thi Diem Primary school is a school specialized in foreign languages that has developed and continues to expand its international relations and collaborates with many schools from France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia through educational exchange programs. 5.2. Expatriate teachers are employed to work in our school to provide expertise in language skills. 5.3. School children and teachers have opportunities to visit and study in other countries through different study tours and culture exchange programs. 6. DEVELOPMENTAL STRATEGIES 6.1. Improve teaching quality Enroll more qualified teachers inside and outside Vietnam to ensure that the teaching quality is continually improved. Plan to invest more in teacher training to improve the capacity of our teaching staff and ensure that they have full capacity to teach students to be successful. Send our teachers to advanced schools inside and outside Vietnam to learn successful strategies for educational success. 6.2. Improve material facilities Improve the learning conditions for our school children and teaching staff to ensure that our standards are high. Advanced training methods such as Active learning method and Interactive training method are implemented. 6.3. Improve administrative management and increase co-operation. We work to maintain the secure, healthy and friendly environment for every child.

Develop good relationships with other schools inside and outside Vietnam to seek effective and successful co-operation to best benefit our children.

GENERAL REGULATIONS 1. THE LEGAL BASIS 1.1. Based on the Regulations on moral teacher, issued together with Decision No. 16/2008/QD- BGDT April 16, 2008 of the Minister of Education and Training. 1.2. Based on the Code of Conduct of officials and public servants working in local government, issued together with Decision No. 03/2007 / QD-BNV 02 26 2007 of the Minister Ministry of the Interior. 1.3. Based on Law officer with effect from the date of 01/01/2012. 1.4. Based on the current Charter Elementary School. 2. SCOPE AND APPLICATION OBJECTS 2.2 This document specifies the standards of conduct and behavior of staff, civil servants and employees sectors of Education and Training schools Doan Thi Diem in duty, duty, and relationship with colleagues, students, parents and society. 2.3 Applicability: all officials and employees under the Doan Thi Diem Primary School 3. PURPOSE This Code has been developed with six key objectives:

Publicity activities, tasks and working relationships of the staff and employees in the prevention and fight against corruption. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS 1. POLITICAL QUALITY 1.1. To be strictly committed to disciplines, position shifts and assignments suggested by organizations; to be organizationally conscious, striving for the common interests. 1.2. Sense of organization and discipline, strictly assigned by superiors; than pedagogical collective of the school, always striving for the common cause, to protect the honor and tradition of the school. 1.3. To perform obligations of citizens in an exemplary Way, and actively participate in sociopolitical activities. Training and education 2. CODE OF ETHICS IN PROFESSION 2.1. Devoted to their profession, to preserve the honor teachers; unity, love, help colleagues; kindness, tolerance, generosity, gentle treatment of students, protect the legitimate rights and interests worth of students, colleagues and community. 2.2. To be dedicated to careers; comply with the rules, regulations and rules of the school, of the job.

2.3. To be fair in teaching and education, to properly rank learners in pursuant with their real abilities; to practice thrift, oppose accomplishment diseases, anticorruption and Wastefulness. 2.4. Ready to receive the comments, honest feedback to colleagues, leaders 2.5. When performing their tasks, to wear simple, neat, polite customs and jewelry suitable to the teaching job, not causing colds and scattered attention of learners. 3.5. Solidarity and mutual support to colleagues to complete assigned tasks; fight, prevent violations of the laws and professional regulations. Conduct proper relationship, close to the people, parents, colleagues and students. 3.6. Building a cultural family where love, mutual respect; take care of children's education was good, obedient, polite; made cultural life in public. 3.7. Always aware of the responsibility for the future of each student, with the progress of the nation. 4. PROCESSING IN COMMUNICATING WITH PARENTS 4.1. Officials and teachers should do: To carry out the regular exchange of information with the student's family in the form of direct exchange, by phone or through the contacts. Contact with parents at the time specified. When communicating by telephone will be called names and units of work; brief exchange of information, exchange information to ensure accuracy.

Conduct cultural, listen, respect parents, masses; guide and explain the issues and problems in their powers; promptly report to the Board of problems with the parent, the masses are not under their jurisdiction to resolve. 4.2. The staff of teachers is not doing: o Harassment, difficult, troublesome for students, parents and the masses. o Notice incorrect student learning outcomes. Falsifying records, incorrect notices learning outcomes, resulting in moral discipline of students to parents. 5. PRESERVE AND PROTECT TRADITIONAL CODE OF ETHICS OF EDUCATORS 5.1. Do not abuse their positions and powers to perform acts contrary to law, rules and regulations; difficult, troublesome students and people. 5.2. Not be fraud and dishonest in learning, scientist research and in performing teaching tasks. 5.3. Do not revenge, obstruct progress and having attitudes of bias, discrimination, prejudice to the students; do no; encourage cover up the negative behavior in teaching, learning, practicing of students and colleagues. 5.4. Do not make physical violation, insult of the honor and dignity of students,' colleagues and others. Do not negatively affect the work and activities of colleagues and others. 5.5. Do not smoke, drink alcohol and beers in the workplace, in school or while performing their teaching duties and participate in the educational activities of the school. 5.6. Do not use mobile phones and private work in meetings, in class, study, exam, and examiner. 5.7. Do not cause factionalism, disunity in the pedagogical council and community activities. 5.8. Do not use the teaching stage as a place to popularize of the content contrary to the views and policies of the State.

5.9. Do not shirk responsibility, shift duty, voluntary resignation; go to Work late and go back from Work early, quit teaching hours and class, cut or decrease the curriculum violate professional regulations affecting the discipline and good order of the school . 5.10. Do not organize and participate in activities related to social evils such as: gambling, prostitution, drugs, superstition, superstition; does not use, store, transmit harmful cultural products. 6. CODE OF CONDUCT OF LEADERS AND MANAGERS IN SCHOOLS: 6.1. Develop; maintain solidarity, ethics and culture in schools; 6.2. Shall comply with the provisions of this rule. Responsible for mobilizing their colleagues to comply with the provisions of this rule; upon detection officers, teachers and employees of the school in violation of this rule shall promptly suggestions for their amendment, and reflect the managing board.

1.3 Responsibility of the student. Strict implementation of rules on self-discipline, positive. 2. IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 The principal is responsible for dissemination and thoroughly to all officers, employees and strictly implementing this rule. 2.2 Union collaborate with the board of directors, dissemination, monitoring, evaluation and grading of civil servants. 2.3 Event teachers, homeroom teacher class thoroughly, common and organized students to perform. 3. EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTATION This code is adopted and applied from the date of signing. In case of changes, adjusted by or guidance documents on, this Code will be additional adjustments accordingly. Any change must be via pedagogical school council and the principal decided to implement. /.
