I built a webpage from scratch and continued to maintain the website all summer. I will continue to do this all year. I also taught our percussion instructor and band director how to use the basis of the webpage so they can add and change what they see necessary. I learned that I can facilitate students learning their music can be aided by uploading it online. I have learned how to build an online calendar and build a website so that I can make information readily available to them.

2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs, enthusiasm) required of a technology facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected in Part I. Use the language of the PSC standards in your answer and reflect on all 3knowledge, skills, and dispositions.) I think that knowing how to build and maintain a website is crucial for a tech coach. There is so much you can do with a website! The number of people that can be reached with a website that is used properly can greatly increase when you compare it to the number of people that can be reached by just using word of mouth. 3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or student learning at your school. How can the impact be assessed? The students were previously unable to access the music for this years show until I built our website. Now we can upload music, make announcements, and put a calendar online. We now have a great way to communicate with our students.
