Discussion of the activities to be accomplished Informed the body that the Search for the Best Undergraduate Research will be held on February 5, 2013 from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00. Told the officers there would be an Oral Presentaion and a Poster Presentation in the activity, and that there would be two sets, one for the science courses and the other, for the non science course.
Assigned Ms. Ranoco as chairman and Ms. Del Valle as co-chairman for the Search for the Best Undergraduate Research

Suggested to change the date of the activity to February 24, 2013, from 1:00 5:00pm (1:00-3:00 for the opening of the exhibits (poster presentation) and 3:00 5: 00 for the oral presentation) so the fewer classes would be affected. Said to the body that sets of Judges for the science courses would be care of Mr. De leon, and the finding of the sets of the judges for the non science courses would be handled by Dr. Borlongan Told the assemblage that the criteria for judging for the University Research Forum would be taken care of by Dr. Borlongan

Informed the body that the audience would be the third 3 rd and 4th year students of CEU Makati GP and LV Discussed and finalized the things to be written on the Activitys Proposal Form. Told Ms. Ranoco that the proposal should be already for submission by Friday , January 25, 2013 MEETING ADJOURNED
