ABSRTACT

The most important part of acquiring knowledge about ones profession is proper
training in the industry. On-the-job- training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies
created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body. The
program gives the trainee improvement in the actual work experience. PLDT imparts us
the primary activities of them to provide the knowledge and skills through one on one
process in performing specific activity. As the training undergone, the trainee observed,
oriented, conduct, and make actual in the different fields such as in the equipments, tools,
and works. From the confusion about telephony and data communication system, the team
discussed the basic operations of their job. Hands-on is the best experience of the trainee in
the company because they let him be part of the company for six weeks. The teams are
willingly to teach about their works as part of their service. From the activities conducted
in whole training, the trainee gained skills and knowledge with the aid of the team. Thats
why it is necessary to be trained well in order to have satisfaction.
