Trikonasana is also done with folding legs in type two posture.But important is alternative breating in each pose and contemplation of the feelings on the stretched parts ,to relax that.

Leg relaxation Stand straight. Concentrate on legs.Now breath in and stretch the legs.From toes ,to foot,cups ,knee ,thigh and waist try to relax.Now breathe out slowly and relax from opposite side from waist to leg toes. This you can practice for 5 times An article by kailash
