1. Consult with Production department regarding the Preventive Maintenance of Motor and take the shut down clearance from

Sub-station. 2. Arrange necessary tools required and check list before starting the job. 3. Strictly follow all the safety practices. 4. Switch off MCCB/ Remove Fuses. 5. Check the motor terminals and ensure tightness, clean if dust is present. 6. Check and ensure the control circuits. 7. Check and ensure the power circuits. 8. Give verbal clearance to Production Department for running the motor after switching ON MCCB/ Putting back fuses. 9. Fill up preventive maintenance card and hand it over to concerned engineer who updates the preventive maintenance schedule.
