Preparation steps:

Depth of the pulpal floor is 1.5 mm

Divergence of the walls

After breaking contacts clearance between adjacent teeth should be 0.20.5 mm

Plane the walls of the proximal boxes using hatchet or chisel

Place the retentive grooves on the lingual and facial walls of the proximal boxes

Place 300 bevel on the gingival wall and axiopulpal line angle 0.5-1.0 mm width

Create secondary flares on the facial and lingual walls of the proximal boxes

300 bevel on the occlusal margin 0.5-1.0 mm width
