INDUSTRIAS ALIMENTICIAS FABP, S.A. DE C.V. con el objetivo de mejorar su sistema de mantenimiento el cual ya cuenta con dicho sistema y una de sus mayores prioridades, es de cambiar su plan de trabajo de mantenimiento con la elaboracin de varios formatos que se les har ms prctico en su uso y con ello mismo se llevara un control de mantenimiento que les permitir a una mejora continua por lo tanto tambin se busca la disminucin de costos de refacciones ya que se podra alargar su uso sin que llegue a fallar antes de lo previsto por medio de este sistema de programacin de mantenimiento es la razn de que se realice en el tiempo

indicado y adecuadamente para que el equipo trabaje correctamente y sin ninguna complicacin y no halla paro en la produccin.

For this project we were allowed to work in the company of food industries FABP, S.A. DE C.V. in order to improve the maintenance system, one of its top priorities is to change its plan of maintenance development with the elaboration of different formats that will be more practical to use and with this it will be a better control of the maintenance that will enable continuous improvement, therefore lowering costs for spare parts because its use could be extended without allowing it to fail sooner than expected through this program system of maintenance, is the reason that it would be done in the allotted time and that will be use properly by the computer that works with it properly without any complications and so it couldnt be a strike in the production.
