Title of the Case: Mizhari Inc. Time Context: 2013 Perspective: Human Resource Manager Central Issue: Although Mizrahi Inc. is very successful and reach its target, its major problem is that the HR Manager notices the high incidents of absences among the engineer employees. The secondary problem is the employees has low morale and the leadership amiss among the members. Statement of Objectives: 1. To address the high incidence of absences among the engineer employess. 2. To let the employees learn to improve their morale. 3. To give advise on the employees how to improve their leadership skills. Areas of Concideration: 1. High incidence of absences. Mazrahi Inc. have many good skilled engineer but have a lot number of absences. 2. Morale of the employees. 3. Leadership skills among the employees. Alternative Courses of Action: 1. Give a reward/ punishment to those who are present/ absent. And teach them the motivation theory and Hierarchy of Needs Theory 2. The company should give the employee the assurance that they will stay in the company as long as the company operates. 3. Give team- building seminars and program to improve leadership skills.

Recommendation: Since the company's main problem is the absences of the employees, they should look forward to how they are going to make engineer employees to go to work everyday. Then the company should plan the team building program and next is to make the employees assured their work.
