    QBT Transport Booking Procedure Booking can only be made the day before delivery.

    Bookings only taken on 07 3902 0350 between 08:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday. Booking slots will now be issued in 1 hour intervals. For example Driver will be issued with a booking time of 06:00 to 07:00. QBT will then call and process booked vehicles at QBT discretion during this time. This means that the truck will be unloaded ANY TIME between 06:00 and 07:00. To secure a booking slot driver must Book in the day before & supply QBT with 1/ Rego 2/ CMO or Customer Reference 3/ QBT Order Number 4/ Grade being delivered On the day bookings will be taken if spots are available. After hours booking changes SMS Service

    SMS Service: QBT have set up a 24 hr SMS contact service for the Sample Stand. This will allow truck drivers to contact the sample stand via SMS to notify delays. The SMS number only hosts SMS and does not allow direct phone access. This text service can only be used for notification of late arrivals or missed/cancelled deliveries to QBT.

    Examples ABC123 running late, should arrive 10:30 tonight. ABC123 breakdown unable to make delivery today. PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS MUST STILL BE MADE VIA DEDICATED BOOK IN LINE 07 3902 0350 BETWEEN 8am 4pm MON FRI.
