I printed the following pages out on cardstock to make it more durable for my 5 year old. Cut the pieces out and glue the pieces onto a manila folder. I also traced my daughter's hands, had her write "left" and "right" and glued those into her lapbook as well.

Print the numbers out on cardstock. Before cutting the numbers and the words apart, turn the number card over and color the back so the numbers and words will match. This make this a self-checking activity and will allow your child to check his/her answers by flipping the cards over.

Directions for this game: Roll a die (or create your own die with any set of numbers. Each person picks up butterflies to put into their net. Spin the spinner and see who wins the round. .. the person with the most, the least, an odd number of butterflies or an even number of butterflies.
Use a brad and a paper clip to create the spinner piece in the center.
