‘COMES NOW, making a special appearance, Daniel Riley, acting ina sovereign
capacity, Sui Juris, not Pro Se repeat not Pro Se representing the fiction DANTEL
RILEY, and makes this motion, prima facie. In no way can this motion be construed to
‘grant jurisdiction over the defendant, because the defendant's counsel still contends no
jurisdiction exist. In no way should this motion be construed to be considered a contract
‘and all rights are reserved at the common law UCC 1-308 and 1-103.6 without prejudice.
1, The defendant makes this motion according to F.R.C.P. 16 and local rule
26.1 even though a discovery plan or schedule has never been designed by the court, to
this defendant’s knowledge, less than a month from the trial.
2. Defendant demands discovery and for disclosure of all evidence of an
exculpatory nature or impeaching nature, including but not limited to disclosures
mandated by Giglio v United States (2006)164 LED2D 102, United v. Rosario
(193984 LED 507, 308 US 606, BRADY v MARYLAND (1963) 10 LED2D 215, 373
US 83, U.S. v. kiszewski (1980) 877 F2d 210, US. v. Bagley (1985) 474 U.S. 667, U.S.
vy. Turkish (1978) 458 F.Supp 874 these include:
a. The arrest warrant for Ed and Elaine Brown,
b. The Writ of Entry To the Brown’s property,
¢. The rules of engagement used by U.S. Mars!
The rules of deadly force used by U.S. Marshals,
The proof of ownership by the United States of the land where the
alleged offenses oceurred,
£ The proof of the cession of jurisdiction of the land in question from
the Country of New Hampshire to the United States as required by
the U.S. Constitution Art.1, Sec.8, C117 and the New Hampshire
Constitution Art. 7 via RSA 123:1.DATED: December 28, 2007
