Real time abdominal & pelvic US examination revealed: Liver: Average size liver with normal homogenous parenchymal echopattern. Four anechoic cystic focal lesions seen scattered in the right hepatic lobe with the largest (4x4 cm) . No dilatation of the intra hepatic biliary or portal vein radicals. Portal vein diameter :11 mm , Common bile duct : not dilated. GB: Normal showing no stones or biliary mud. Spleen: Normal ( 11 cm in longest dimension). No pancreatic or paraaortic masses seen. Kidneys: Both are of normal shape, size, parenchymal thickness and echogencity. Right kidney 107 X 52 mm. No stones or back pressure changes. Left kidney 119 X 55 mm. with lower pole stone (8.5 mm) UB: The urinary bladder is of normal shape and size with no focal or diffuse masses seen. Prostate: is enlarged measuring 53 X 44 X 41 mm . prostatic volume 51 cu cm. Seminal vesicles: Normal. No ascites.

Opinion:
Multiple right hepatic lobe cystic lesions likely simple cysts for further evaluation. Left renal stone for PUT & IVU Prostatomegaly.
