Appointment of Secretary
Graham Elrick put himself forward for secretary and with no other nominations his appointment was confirmed.

Drainage in childrens Play Area on Lethnot Green. A lengthy discussion took place regarding the options for improving drainage in the play area to stop water ponding on the soft pour. It was unanimously decided that we proceed with a quote from DJ Laing to put in additional drainage.

The Residents Association Forums are not being used so it was decided that we would cease using the forum and Graham would post a notice to this effect on the forums with a link to the new Facebook site.

Gavin to contact Angus Council to enquire if it is possible to provide a pavement in Lethnot Gardens as it is used by children walking to school and they are currently walking in the roadway. Also Gavin to contact Angus Council to arrange for the painting of Give Way lines on the junction between Esk Gardens and Isla Avenue.
