Introduction The Rheumatic Diseases are characterized mainly by inflammatory or degenerative connective tissue lesions, joint or periarticular tissues. These diseases have varied and evolving chronic etymology. A mainrole in diagnostics of a rheumatic disease , along with muscoloskeletal e amination, it is the clinical e amination of other divices and systems, along with such rheumatic pain in general clinical conte t. !kin e amination may reval diffuse alopecia or island " encountered in systemic lupus erythematossus#, psoriasis on the scalp, elbows, knee, flushing of the skin e posed to sunlight" systemic lupus erythematosus#, purple periorbital edema and erythema " polymyositis#, change consistent" scleroderma#, e ternal genital skin ulcers " $ehcet disease#, subcutaneous nodules" rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc#. The eyes e amination can show dryness of the conjunctiva " !jongren !yndrome#, uveitis " positive %&A $'(#, modification at the level at the eyes.)ucosal may be dry "$ehcet disease, lupus#, oral mucosa in scleroderma. &ymphadenopathy, hepato* and splenomegaly can meet in many rheumatic diseases, espacially those with immunepathogenesis. Respiratory control can identify signs of serositis" lupus, rheumatoid arthritis#. +linical e amination may reval signs of polyneuritis and suffering of central nervous system " lupus#. &osing weight can be prior or simultaneous occurrence of rheumatic diseases. Conclusions ,stablishing an early and correct diagnostic and training an appropiate treatment are the main factors which depend largdy evolutionary remission or stabilization of the disease process, avoiding complications and se-uelae deliberating ill premature infirmity. !e"#ords rheumatic diseases, extraarticular manifestations, clinical examination.
