Working instruction to replace an ACS800 Liquid Cooled R8iLC Inverter module, by using a Hydraulic lifting table

Close the water in and outlet of the module

Close the plastic ball valves at the top and bottem off the cabinet

Drain the module of all coolant


Put the draining hose into a bucket and open the metal ball valve

Loose the plastic coupling nut. After draining, turn on the plastic coupling nut and close the metal drain ball valve

Loose the mechanical screws of the inverter module

Loose and remove the hoses of the inverter module {Detach the coolant inlet and outlet pipes}

Loose the electrical connections off the module Remove the two bolts which connect the DC busbars with the module

Loosen the nuts at the top of the DC Busbars. Move the busbars upwords to allow the module to move back and forth. Then retighten the nuts to keep the busbars in the highest position

Pull out the module and slide it on the trolley Remark: use the brakes of the lifting table.

Fix the module on the lifting table by two screws

Put module back into the cabinet

Thighten the mechanical screws of the inverter module. Replace the hoses and take care of the aluminium lose coupling nut.

Thighten the electrical connections off the module on 50Nm

Thighten the DC connections at 50Nm

Open both plastic valves. Keep the drain valve closed
