Download Dota 2 , install and update to latest patch. 2. Download this http://www.multiupload.nl/WR4PI3E24D and Copy it to your Dota 2 folder. 3. Open SmartSteamEmu.ini and Edit your dota2 path , then open the Server folder and again edit SmartSteamEmu.ini for your path , edit Server.bat to set your se ttings and so (remember to set your ip adress otherwise connecting won't work) , Run Server_Start in Server folder to start the server and run Dota_Start in dot a 2 folder to start the game. 4. To join your server (or another server) type in console connect xxx.xxx.xxx.x xx 5. Enjoy!
