DETEKSI DINI RESISTENSI NYAMUK AEDES AEGYPTI TERHADAP KONSENTRASI MALATHION DI WILAYAH KERJA KANTOR KESEHATAN PELABUHAN KELAS

II KENDARI TAHUN 2013 OLEH LA ODE MUHAMAD ISRAA AMIN F1DA 09 040 ABSTRAK Resistensi Aedes aegypti terhadap berbagai kelas insektisida telah dilaporkan di berbagai belahan dunia. Konsentrasi dosis yang tidak standar tidak efektif membunuh nyamuk sesuai standar WHO (2005) dengan lethal dosis 50 ( !50) dan lethal dosis "5 ( !"5). #erutama di Kota Kendari penggunaan konsentrasi dosis $ampuran Malathion dan solar yang berbeda di berbagai tempat% sudah diatas standar !epkes R& (200") yakni ' liter insektisida Malathion di$ampur 20 liter solar (konsentrasi Malathion (%5)*) menimbulkan resistensi nyamuk Ae. aegypti (!epkes R&% 200"). Wilayah Ker+a Kantor Kesehatan ,elabuhan (KK,) kelas && Kendari merupakan pintu masuk dan keluarnya -ektor penyebab penyakit. .ntuk pengendalian -ektor nyamuk Aedes Aegypti di /ilayah ker+a KK, sering dilakukan pengasapan0fogging, konsisten dengan standar !epkes R& (200")% ' liter malathion 1 20 liter solar (konsentrasi Malathion (%5)*). ,enelitian ini bertu+uan untuk mengetahui resistensi nyamuk Aedes aegypti terhadap konsentrasi malathion. 2enis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan ran$angan post test only control group design. ,opulasi pada penelitian ini adalah telur nyamuk Aedes aegypti. 3ampel penelitian adalah nyamuk Aedes aegypti de/asa se+umlah 20 ekor pada masing4masing ( unit perlakuan dan ' kontrol dengan 5 replika. dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Ovitrap. Hasil penelitian menun+ukkan bah/a konsentrasi (%5)* telah resisten terhadap nyamuk Aedes Aegypti dengan kematian nyamuk rata4rata )"%'5*% konsentrasi 5* perlu di-erifikasi (toleran) terhadap nyamuk Aedes Aegypti dengan +umlah kematian nyamuk rata4rata "2%5*% konsentrasi 5* dan )* malathion dalam kategori rentan terhadap nyamuk Aedes Aegypti dengan +umlah kematian nyamuk rata4rata ")* dan rata4rata '00*% !"5 sebesar 5%50)66* konsentrasi malathion.
