    Major acts of misconduct: are Does not discharge his duties properly, remains absent without leave.

    . Indulges in acts which are unsafe for the employer. Is grossly immoral, dishonest. Is insulting, abusive and disturbs the peace of others. Is unfaithful, corrupt, and disloyal. Indulges in theft, fraud, bribery. Does not obey orders. Resorts to illegal strike. Causes well full damage to property etc.
