December 7, 2013 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to give my personal recommendation of Brooke Christy for her

work with Students Gone Global as our Social Media Coordinator and Programs Manager. When Brooke initially joined the team, our startup was at the very early stages of development and had yet to publicly launch the initial version of our website. From the very beginning of her time at Students Gone Global, Brooke displayed a tremendous passion for travel and making a difference through her work. Brookes upbeat attitude and outgoing personality made her a natural fit for running all of our initial social media operations. With Brooke under the helm, our Facebook page likes tripled in less than six months and Students Gone Global became an established student travel brand. Brooke was not limited to only social media activities, however. Her previous experience studying abroad in Milan, Italy allowed her to provide unique insights to our lead designer about ways we could improve the website. One such suggestion, which was to institute a worldwide Campus Reps program to increase awareness of Students Gone Global across university campuses, led to Brooke taking on new responsibilities as our Programs Manager. As Programs Manager, Brooke was directly responsible for creating and maintaining our Campus Reps Guide document, screening and selecting Campus Rep interns, and overseeing a group of students each semester. With Brooke leading our intern program, I was able to focus more of my time on the websites overall development, which is extremely important in a startup environment. I cant thank Brooke enough for her time, dedication, and passion for creating change. She will be an incredibly valuable team member that you will be thankful to have working for you. Sincerely,

Michael Flatt Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer Students Gone Global
