MOTION TO REQUIRE THE COURT REPORTER TO RECORD


AND PRESERVE ALL PROCEEDINGS

COMES NOW the defendant and moves this Court to require the court reporter
to preserve ALL PROCEEDINGS DURING THE TRIAL OF THIS MATTER BY:

Recording, both stenographically and by audio taping, all proceedings, whether


in the courtroom, in chambers, or at the bench, in and outside the presence of the jury;

Saving all said transcriptions, records, exhibits, and recordings and storing same
with the rest of the trial record in this case;

Informing the Court and the parties if the reporter is unable to hear or understand
proceedings well enough to adequately transcribe them.

WHEREFORE, the defendant prays that the Court grant this motion.
