FELICITATION

Date: 19 . Sep . 2009

To

His Excellency Prime Minister Mr.Yukio Hatoyama,

First of all, I would like to wish health, wealth and prosperity to His Excellency and also peace and
tranquility to all Japanese people and the Japan nation.

On behalf of our ABMRC, I would like to acknowledge and appreciate His Excellency and the
present Government for the sympathy towards our Myanmar people and the kind policy upon
the Myanma Democracy & Human right Development.

As His Excellency known already, we all Myanmar people together with ethnic groups are striking
and fighting in peace under the democracy refusals and the pressure of the Military Government
for getting back our human rights. As we are seeing the troubles and difficulties of the public for
many years, we the venerable Buddhist Monks also participated in peace strike for tranquility and
fairness since 2007.

But unfortunately, military power holders treated cruelly upon peace striker monks as His
Excellency and everyone have seen through Medias.

Please accept our best condolence for that Mr. Nagai Kenji was shot during this cruel. We all
Myanmar people and Monks believe that Mr. Nagai Kenji had proved to the world about the
sufferings of Myanmar people with his life. Now these military power holders had created a
constitution without the wishes of the public and in order to identify it, they are arranging for
election. We strongly believe that neither this artificial institution nor the election will implement
the democracy, human rights, peace and tranquility in the region.
We also believe that only by releasing the represented elected by the public, stop arresting public
leader Daw Aung San Su Kyi and the monks entirely and having open and truly liberated
discussion, we will be able to implement the democracy, human rights, peace and tranquility in
the region. Hence, we hope and believe that under the guidance of His Excellency Prime Minister
Mr.Yukio Hatoyama, Japanese Government and the people of Japan can help us in implementing
democracy, human rights and peace and tranquility for our Myanmar people.

I would like to conclude my felicitation here by wishing all the best and be successful in every
step to His Majestic King of Japan, His Excellency Prime Minister Mr.Yukio Hatoyama and the
people from Japan.

With LoveVenerable Ashin Htarwara

General Secretary ( All Burma Monks’ Representative Committee)
