Dear parents, As part of the PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education) Curriculum, there will be a Year 5 focus on 'Changes', being taught for three lessons from Friday 1st February, and on subsequent Fridays for the following weeks. This unit will include: - Exploring the emotional and physical changes occurring in puberty - Understanding male and female changes in puberty in more detail - Explaining how to stay clean during puberty - Knowing how to get help and support in puberty The teaching of these units will be supported by high quality resources and educational materials throughout.
